Instructor & Facility Certifications

All instructors have the following instructor certifications and/or licenses:

• California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) - Firearms Instructor
• California Department of Justice (DOJ) - Certified Firearms Instructor
• California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS) - Firearms Instructor
• Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) - Concealed Firearms Instructor
• National Rifle Association (NRA) - Certified Pistol Instructor
• California POST - Chemical Agent Instructor

Basic Firearms Training is a California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS) licensed Firearms Training Facility and is licensed to conduct a variety of BSIS approved security officer training courses, including, but not limited to:

• Power to Arrest
• Exposed Firearms Permit
• Security Officer skills courses
