This 4-hour Trespass course is an elective course for BSIS licensed security officers in California.

This course may be used to satisfy either:

1. 4 of the 16-hours of elective training required to obtain a Guard Card.
2. 4 of the 8-hours of required annual continuing education.
3. General knowledge of trespass laws for security personnel.

Per BSIS requirements, this course covers laws regarding trespassing for the following locations:

1. Open land
2. Private property
3. Private buildings
4. Public property
5. Places of public accommodation / public access
