This 4-hour Handling Difficult People course is an elective course for BSIS licensed security officers in California.

This course may be used to satisfy either:

1. 4 of the 16-hours of elective training required to obtain a Guard Card.
2. 4 of the 8-hours of required annual continuing education.
3. General knowledge for security personnel on how to handle difficult people.
